Progress on a tracker / admin tool to share with others

I’ve been wanting to put some health resources up. I have a URL and a brand name. I imagine these would be donation-based or some would have a fee. The fee could be based on a % of what the person anticipates earning in the coming year, and/or with a consideration of the resources available to them eg retirement and disability. Maybe just a “how much do you need to pay or not pay?” option. In this way it accommodates people who are dealing with income challenges and also fund itself.

Today I worked on the project management side of it. I used this app for my own planning and lately I don’t need to hop in as much. But I really appreciate having it. This is a template that I’m creating which goes even farther than what mine did. I was sicker so I really did the bare minimum. I kept wishing for someone to admin my health stuff for me. :'( Maybe if I wanted to build this out more I would offer paid weekly or monthly coaching/admin services (not provided by me… by someone else) to manage this stuff. I know health insurance companies can help but there is really a need for more than that.

It was really helpful to have this since I could add things to it quickly with a browser extension or from my phone (like as I came across things online). I could get info on there and then stop thinking about it since I had seconds or minutes for my brain to hold onto a lot of the information.

FUN FACT: I had LDN on my with a star next to it for more than a year before it was finally prescribed to me 😉 I think one thing I am really lacking is sharing this with my medical team so they could see what I’m seeing and look into things. But I also lacked/lack a medical team member who would dive into this with the attention required.

It was also super great to go through my version today and check off all the tasks related to trying to get seen at UTSW! 😀

Everybody is all about AI these days. So I let AI write out the next two templates.

This last one is my actual and current task list, not the template version. The only way I could stick with it was to use NOW / NEXT / LATER / NO TIMING.

(and a dashboard that I created but didn’t use much)
